FBA SELLERS

Are you an FBA seller that is experiencing an issue with Amazon closing your account or withholding your money? Has Amazon alleged you have violated a trademark or copyright, or violated a policy that you knew nothing about? Unfortunately, this is happening extremely frequently. We can assist you in attempting to reopen your account or recovering your funds.

Appeals

Amazon has an appeal process that can start the process of getting your account reopened and funds recovered. Unfortunately, communicating with Amazon is very difficult, so this is not always successful.

Letter of NonInfringement

If you have been falsely accused of trademark or copyright infringement, a letter of noninfringement can be sent to Amazon. This goes to their attorneys and legal staff for review. This is also oftentimes unsuccessful.

Arbitration

Many times in order to get their accounts reopened and recover their funds, sellers need to pursue arbitration. Amazon’s Business Services Agreement contains an arbitration clause, which requires sellers to arbitrate through the AAA to resolve their cases rather than filing a case with the courthouse. Costs of arbitration vary, but are frequently around $7,000 to $10,000.

We can help you in moving through the process to recover your Amazon account and recover your funds.
